Paid Media Manager (Contract)
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Paid Media Manager in a contract role to drive user acquisition and brand awareness for the Dashboard.Earth app through full funnel paid advertising campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact while contributing to climate adaptation and sustainability. The ideal candidate can fully own our paid ad channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop a full funnel paid media strategy that aligns with key business objectives and KPIs in collaboration with Marketing Director. Create roadmap for implementation of strategy and suggested budget allocation.
Drive creative strategy, ideation and production for paid channels. Utilize your own design skills and/or leverage platforms like Billo and ManyPixels for video/static ad production.
Deploy and manage paid channels including: Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA, and others as prioritized. Continuously optimize campaigns to drive down CPIs and increase conversion rates, testing campaign objectives, targeting, messaging, creatives, and more.
Implement data-driven performance improvements by continuously testing and optimizing targeting, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, copy etc.
Manage budget across channels to meet or exceed monthly KPIs;
Communications / Reporting:
Regular communication via slack
Weekly report including: campaign performance overview, any issues, next steps
Biweekly meeting with Marketing Director
Preferred Experience:
3+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and beyond.
Experience working in the mobile app space, with a deep understanding of strategies for driving app downloads and user acquisition.
Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer, including experience leveraging these tools for tracking, attribution, and campaign optimization.
A passion for addressing environmental challenges and promoting climate adaptation, with an eagerness to align professional work with personal values in sustainability
